If you find that you need temporary admin access to complete a particular function on your state machine, please enter an I.T. Ticket. Make sure to include the asset tag of the machine and a detailed explanation of what task you hope to complete with temporary admin credentials.

Requests are typically processed quickly and can be done while the user is remote. Make sure to maintain a network connection on the machine requesting admin. Perform a reboot of the machine to ensure that there are no updates pending and that there are no other users logged into the machine prior to making the request.
