accordance with the Low-Risk, Low-Cost Software Purchase Process. You may proceed with placing

your order or initiating the purchase. To view IT software resellers currently under contract with the

Purchase options:

HokieMart: You may purchase through HokieMart for software or services up to $10,000 in

cost. All purchases made under this process should be charged to expenditure account code:

22188 - Low Risk/Low Cost Software. In HokieMart, be sure to enter your ServiceNow reference

number in the appropriate field in the general section of your requisition (see screenshot below).

University Purchasing Card (Pcard): You may also utilize your department's Pcard for software

or services up to $2000. This email should be included with your Pcard reconciliation.

As your department prepares to use this software, we advise you to review the end-user license

agreement provided by the software vendor, and to keep a current copy of that license agreement on

file.
