*NOTE: Currently only Faculty/Staff are able to request these services. Faculty are to request on behalf of supported students.

Requesting Microsoft groups/sites/teams are now handled at the University level. You will want to enter ISE as the department OU and Alex Guest (aguest@vt.edu) as the Admin approver for your requests. You will want to be specific in naming and use ISE in the name where appropriate. You may also want to consider using the year in the name if each year should have its own team. Once created, the group will likely not have storage capacity associated with it. If you require storage, please submit an additional ISE IT Ticket requesting storage for your group at https://apps.ise.vt.edu .

To create your group/site/team, start here https://4help.vt.edu/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=2584957bdbdfc2505e48610ed3961905 and select Request Service.
